Lyrics Treats LLC Refund and Store Credit Policy

At Lyrics Treats LLC, we take pride in providing fresh, high-quality baked goods and treats for every order. Because our products are perishable and often made to order, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If you experience an issue with a product you receive, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the concern and work to resolve the matter.

Product Issues

We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. If there is a problem with an item you receive, please reach out to Lyrics Treats LLC with your order details and a description of the issue. We will do our best to address the situation appropriately.

Order Rescheduling and Store Credit

If you need to reschedule your pick-up or delivery date, Lyrics Treats LLC may offer a store credit if the request is made at least 72 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery date.

Requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery date are not eligible for a refund or store credit.

We do not offer refunds or store credits if a customer selects an order date and later requests to change the order to an earlier date that falls outside of the required 72-hour notice period.

Custom Orders and Custom Cakes

All custom orders, including custom cakes, are non-refundable once the invoice has been paid.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a custom order, Lyrics Treats LLC may offer a store credit if the request is submitted at least 72 hours before the scheduled event date.

All deposits are non-refundable. However, a store credit may be issued for the deposit amount if the cancellation or rescheduling request is received at least 72 hours before the event date.

Special Notes and Requests

Lyrics Treats LLC will make every effort to accommodate special notes, preferences, or requests included with an order. However, submitting a special request does not guarantee that we will be able to fulfill it.

Refunds or store credits will not be issued if an order includes special notes or requests that we are unable to accommodate.

Final Sale Policy

By placing an order with Lyrics Treats LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this refund and store credit policy. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless otherwise determined by Lyrics Treats LLC.
